Return Policy

You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt or
the withdrawal of your order to return an item.

This must reach us before the end of this period, if applicable
you will need to show us proof that the package has been sent
before the required deadline (dated and stamped LaPoste slip).

 

Items must reach us in the same condition as when you received them and in the original packaging. EXOTIKA will not be able to accept returns of damaged, soiled, damaged, scratched, stained, or washed items.

 

Sale or promotion items cannot be returned.

We will tell you the procedure for your return.

Return costs will be borne by the customer. Sending with a tracking number is not mandatory, however this is strongly recommended. Exotika cannot be held responsible for any package lost or arriving after the deadline.

 

Any customs charges will also be at your charge.

 

When we have received your package and verified that the above conditions are met, you will receive a refund of the total amount of your order excluding the initial shipping costs within 15 working days.
